The success bridge is that bridge that links your customers and prospects to your business. You want your customers and prospects to travel over that bridge to your business without being impeded by weaknesses that might be contained in the pillars that support this bridge. The different pillars are listed on the following page. All of them may not pertain to your business.
This exercise involves you as a business owner being brutally honest in rating each of these items being weak (1), strong (10) or somewhere in between.
If you indentify items that are weak, please don’t ignore them. Either fix them or address them in your advertising copy. They aren’t going away.
